I’m beyond excited to restart my blogging journey in 2024. You might be wondering about the title of my blog, “My Ugly Blog - Story of Failing & Trying to Blog Again.” It’s a title that holds a lot of meaning for me, and I’d love to share the story behind it.
My Story and the meaning behind the Title
“My Ugly Blog” isn’t just a catchy name; it’s a reflection of my journey through the world of blogging. When I first started blogging back in 2014, I had zero knowledge about how to create and maintain a blog. My initial goal was simple: to share my travel experiences, handmade projects, and eventually achieve time and financial freedom through affiliate marketing. However, the path was far from smooth.
I faced numerous challenges, from technical difficulties to the overwhelming feeling of not being good enough. There were times when I felt hopeless and then gave up. But through every DIY Projects and Life events and adventures I thought of blogging, for memories sake, I have missed them because I have stopped blogging even for personal keeps for a long time but now I am determined to continue my journey. This blog is a proof that resilience and the belief that every setback is a setup for a comeback. Fast forward to 2024, it's the last quarter of this year before I was able to consolidate and remember how to blog again, because I really have that feeling that my space in the world wide web is through blogging. It makes me "ME", aside from other things I am passionate about, I feel that I can inspire others who need to do therapeutic crafting projects especially for those needing Mental health relaxation and to boost someone's confidence. Looking back to my old blogs here and in Wordpress, I kept some and most were deleted because I now find them irrelevant.
My Passion
As a DIY lover and a psychology graduate, I find joy in creating and understanding the deeper meanings behind colors and human behavior. My blog combines these passions, offering insights into color psychology since I enjoy creating AI Arts, I could joggle and play with. This is also for personal growth, and creative projects.
Educational Background
I hold a degree in Psychology, which has profoundly influenced my approach to blogging and personal development. My academic background helps me provide well-researched content that can genuinely benefit my readers.
My Goals
Through this blog, I aim to inspire others who are on a similar journey. Whether you’re a fellow blogger, a DIY enthusiast, or someone seeking personal growth, I hope my experiences and insights can help you. My ultimate goal is to achieve time and financial freedom and show that it’s possible through new ways of earning without traditional employment.
Why I’m Back
After many attempts and failures, you might wonder why I’m back to continue blogging. The answer is simple: passion and purpose. My love for DIY projects, my background in psychology, and my desire to achieve time and financial freedom have never wavered. I’ve made mistakes and have not pursue it in quite a while, all of those were part of my past experiences, and now I’m ready to explore and learn more to apply those lessons to make this blog a success. I would also like to credit my AI Copilot to help me with my contents.
I’m also driven by the desire to help others who might be on a similar journey. Whether you’re a fellow blogger, a DIY enthusiast, or someone seeking personal growth, I hope my experiences and insights can inspire and support you. This time, I’m more prepared, more determined, and more excited than ever to share my journey with you. I cannot say that everything will be perfect once posted, that's why I keep a closer look to the details I put, once I see some errors I update it as soon as possible to correct everything and every part of the blog.
